  • Adopt the Belief - that YOU ARE 'in Charge' of YOUR Destiny.
  • Have a sense of Spiritual Optimism.
  • Choose your Struggles carefully - aka - "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff"!
  • STOP Blaming Yourself.
  • Try not to control everything and everyone.
